About The Position

ButcherBox is hiring a senior-level individual contributor in Commercial Operations to own new member acquisition analytics. The Senior Analyst, Media Measurement will be the senior analytics voice on the growth team, deciding what to measure, interpreting results, and recommending actions. The role involves identifying opportunities, designing tests, conducting analysis, and carrying findings through to decisions in collaboration with senior leadership and channel managers. The position covers acquisition performance across paid social, SEM, affiliate, streaming, podcast, and other channels, as well as the site funnel and lead/email capture. The analyst will lead the measurement framework by bringing together incrementality tests, marketing mix modeling, and platform-reported results; validate and challenge MMM outputs; and translate results into budget recommendations. The role also owns testing, new-member unit economics, weekly channel deep dives, business reviews, self-service Power BI reporting, and the quality of analytical work across the team, including mentoring junior analysts. The marketing and commercial teams use a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate works from the Watertown, Massachusetts office two to three days per week alongside the growth team.
