Senior Analysts / Junior Associates will contribute meaningfully to active engagements and internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 1-4 years experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking or similar field

Responsibilities

  • Preparing presentation materials such as pitchbooks and summaries
  • Conducting in-depth industry and company research
  • Building and analyzing financial models to evaluate company projections and strategic alternatives
  • Supporting the development of industry databases and valuation analyses
  • Analyze credit agreements, indentures, and covenant compliance
  • Working closely with deal teams, including other junior and senior bankers
