About The Position

As the Senior Analyst, Equipment Deployment & Innovation, you will be responsible for leading operational initiatives related to the development, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management of restaurant equipment and back-of-house solutions. This role serves as a key connector between Equipment Innovation, Restaurant Operations, Restaurant Development, Procurement, Facilities, Technology, Supply Chain, and external manufacturer partners to ensure successful implementation of equipment solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Restaurant Operations and Equipment Development
  • Experience managing vendor relationships within the restaurant or food service industry required
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and deployment initiatives.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, reporting tools, and workflow management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead equipment deployment initiatives from pilot through enterprise implementation.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop tracking tools, reporting systems, and governance structures.
  • Support restaurant openings, remodels, menu innovation and transformation programs.
  • Drive asset lifecycle management, recovery and disposition programs.
  • Support design, sourcing, testing, validation, and implementation of equipment and smallwares.
  • Coordinate field evaluations and operational assessments.
  • Gather operational feedback and develop recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with operational, food safety, quality, and brand standards.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturers, distributors, service providers, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate vendor testing, implementation readiness, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate recurring business reviews and project meetings.
  • Design scalable workflows supporting deployment, maintenance, replacement, and recovery activities.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Lead structured problem solving efforts across stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams without direct reporting responsibility.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Facilities, Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology and Training.
  • Present recommendations and implementation plans to leadership.
