About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Robotic Equipment Deployment Specialist for hands-on field work with autonomous construction equipment and advanced jobsite technology. This role involves heavy weekly travel to project sites, with a schedule that may vary by deployment and site needs. The position is a contract role based in the Irving, TX area, requiring candidates to live within a reasonable distance of a major airport.

Requirements

• Heavy equipment, construction, field service, machinery, robotics, or autonomous equipment experience
• 5+ years of hands-on repair, maintenance, operation, or field troubleshooting experience preferred
• Comfort working with mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, diagnostics, and tools
• Clear professional communication with operators, site teams, customers, and technical teams
• Willingness to travel weekly across the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Welding, fabrication, hydraulics, soldering, electrical, GPS/machine control, or construction tech experience

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic/autonomous construction equipment
• Support field setup, calibration, sensor adjustment, component checks, and equipment readiness
• Coordinate with operators, site teams, technical support, and project stakeholders
• Identify and document field issues, equipment failures, and practical improvement opportunities
• Help maintain safe deployment practices and professional jobsite standards
• Represent Rinvio well while supporting travel-based field assignments
