About The Position

Gyde is seeking an AI Deployment Specialist to own the implementation of the Gyde platform (GydeOS) within newly acquired agencies. This role involves configuring GydeOS by mapping agency business, integrating CRMs, setting up commission and contracting logic, and tuning the AI agent, Gia, to specific agency needs. The specialist will be responsible for the technical setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring a fast, standardized rollout. This is a hands-on, deploy-and-drive position focused on achieving speed-to-value and standardization across agencies, while also identifying patterns to improve the deployment playbook. The role requires operating in an unstructured environment and building the deployment process while executing it.

Requirements

4+ years in a technical, field-facing role (solutions engineering, forward deployed specialist, technical implementation, or technical customer success) with end-to-end client-side configuration ownership.
Comfortable with SQL and Python for data validation, cleanup, and light scripting.
Experience using AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, or similar) daily.
Experience building BI/analytics views (SQL + a BI tool, or equivalent).
Bias toward executing a playbook well over improvising a custom solution.
Sharp troubleshooting instincts and independence to resolve issues.
Strong client-facing presence.
Willingness to travel to portfolio agencies during active integrations (~25%).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end GydeOS stand-up for each newly acquired agency, from kickoff to go-live.
Integrate GydeOS with the agency's CRM, helping to build a defined connector set and executing the conversion playbook.
Drive book-of-business (BoB) and broker RTS (ready-to-sell) upload, including validation, cleaning, and troubleshooting data.
Configure commissions and contracting modules, including commission and override mapping, carrier/upline hierarchy, and agency-specific incentive structures.
Work with Engineering to configure Gia to the specific agency, building a playbook for line-of-business entitlements, agency branding, and eligibility rules.
Build lightweight BI views and reporting (dashboards, reconciliation checks, adoption tracking) for integration health monitoring.
Identify and resolve integration blockers quickly, escalating to Partner Growth and Engineering teams when appropriate.
Train the full downline of agents at each agency on GydeOS, covering BoB uploads, commissions, contracting, and day-to-day usage.
Help build and maintain scalable enablement collateral for the Partner Success team.
Support the rollout of new GydeOS/Gia features to existing agencies and drive user adoption.
Own inbound support requests from agency owners and brokers post-go-live, including triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Use AI coding tools for data debugging, scripting, and configuration troubleshooting.
Escalate genuine product bugs or platform gaps to Engineering.
Feed recurring issues and patterns back into the playbook and Product roadmap.
Work alongside the Partner Growth Director to ensure coordination with the strategic growth plan.
Partner with agency leadership and staff to meet implementation timelines.
Provide feedback loops to the Product, Engineering, and Data organizations.
