Supports the strategy and execution of digital merchandising initiatives that improve product discovery, customer experience, conversion, and sales. Works closely with Category Management and Product Marketing, translating category strategies, product launches, and promotional priorities into best in class digital experiences across navigation, site merchandising, and product presentation. Blends data analysis, site execution, and cross functional collaboration, and serves as a foundational talent pipeline for future digital merchandising leadership.
