The Senior Analyst, Customer Success at XPO will perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customers to make data-driven decisions. This role will also facilitate operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts, assist with query building, dashboard generation, and report templates. A key responsibility is ensuring the quality of reports delivered to customers by proofreading, editing, checking numbers and findings, and ensuring overall formatting and visual consistency. The analyst will monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies for optimal service use and value achievement.
