About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Compliance serves as the primary compliance point of contact for Thomson Reuters’ Products segment, a horizontal segment spanning compliance-by-design work across the product portfolio. The role owns compliance strategy and execution for the segment, prioritizing the highest-risk products and use cases. It also conducts misuse investigations, use-case vetting, customer reviews, and content-protection and monitoring work, and contributes to the team’s partnership with Risk’s Assurance Hub by translating flagged signals into root-cause fixes with business partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Segment Compliance & Assurance Partnership, the role partners with product, engineering, legal, sales, and segment leadership on regulatory obligations, third-party requirements, and policy adherence. It leads relevant compliance policies and processes from design through implementation, supports audits and remediation, training and communications, and provides litigation support and legal/compliance research as needed. The role also uses AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve monitoring and risk identification, mentors junior staff, and helps shape the evolving Segment Compliance coverage model. The position offers growth opportunities as that model matures.
