About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Compliance serves as the primary compliance point of contact for Thomson Reuters’ Products segment, a horizontal segment spanning compliance-by-design work across the product portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Segment Compliance & Assurance Partnership, the role owns compliance strategy and execution for assigned products, prioritizing the highest-risk products and use cases. It continues the team’s misuse investigations and content-protection work and supports the partnership with Risk’s Assurance Hub by helping turn flagged signals into root-cause fixes with business partners. The role partners with product, engineering, legal, sales, and segment leadership to address regulatory obligations, third-party requirements, and internal policies. It supports compliance from product inception through implementation, including monitoring, audits, remediation, training, communications, research, and litigation support. The successful candidate is expected to work autonomously, help shape a developing segment coverage model, mentor junior staff, and use AI tools, automation, and analytics to strengthen compliance work. The position offers growth opportunities as the model matures, including potential advancement into management. Thomson Reuters describes a flexible hybrid work environment for office-based roles. The position may be eligible for an annual bonus. The stated base compensation range for eligible US locations is $74,200–$137,800 USD, with pay based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
