About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Success to support client relationships and program needs. The role involves regular client meetings to review business status, open issues, and opportunities, including monthly and quarterly business reviews. The analyst serves as the internal voice of the client, advocating for enhancements and program needs that improve the client experience. The position works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory, Implementation, Finance, and Operations. It requires navigating an evolving, entrepreneurial environment while balancing communication, stakeholder management, and timelines. The role includes limited travel of 10–15%.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience working on cross-functional teams or in a client-facing, relationship-centric role.
Demonstrated ability to own initiatives end-to-end and drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present insights.
Ability to analyze and interpret data using Excel and other data systems.
Ability to travel on a limited basis (10–15%).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years as a client lead in consulting, project management, or provider/payor functions.
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid products.

Responsibilities
