Requirements
- Proven experience in data modeling, business intelligence, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong ability to document business requirements and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex analytical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
Nice To Haves
- Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and business performance.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to internal and external partners, ensuring consistent and accurate communication of analytical findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, deliver solutions, and support strategic initiatives through expert guidance.
- Monitor compliance and efficiency of processes, establish workflows, and support training and documentation efforts.
- Utilize analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and present data effectively, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
