This role involves answering employee questions, managing escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of benefits issues throughout the employee lifecycle (hire, change, leave, and termination). Key responsibilities include eligibility/enrollment reconciliation with vendors, processing enrollments for new hires and employees transferring from international locations, supporting audits and regulatory filings, employee communications, compliance-related operational tasks, vendor coordination, and executing approved benefit program changes. The position will also support the integration of AI-enabled tools and streamlined processes to reduce internal process time while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
