Sitting at the intersection of HRIS systems expertise and strategic benefits management, this role combines strategic oversight of Workday administration with global broker relationship management and benefits negotiations. You will leverage Payscale for market benchmarking while driving cross-functional alignment with People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant, and cost-effective total rewards programs across all regions.
