About The Position

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Van Nuys, California bakery team. The role is responsible for production reporting, performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. It leads cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives that drive bakery efficiency, strengthen operational culture, and support business objectives. The position requires working in a manufacturing environment and frequently standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of related experience in process improvement, operations analysis, manufacturing, or project management.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification or training.
Strong business acumen, demonstrated project management skills, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Power BI.
Ability to interpret procedures, analyze operational data, prepare reports, and effectively communicate findings to employees and leadership.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and frequently stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Five or more years of experience in process improvement, engineering, project management, or process analysis within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with programming and data-querying tools such as SQL, DAX, or Visual Basic.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience developing advanced data visualizations, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

Analyze production and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Manage and support cross-functional project teams to improve bakery performance and operational effectiveness.
Develop reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Drive process improvement efforts that enhance productivity, quality, and operational consistency.
Collaborate with bakery leadership and stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions and strengthen organizational culture.
Monitor project progress and communicate results, recommendations, and performance metrics to leadership teams.
