This role provides strategic oversight to Access Technologies and Systems (ATS) operations and project work, focusing on areas like patient self-scheduling and decision trees. The analyst supports software programs across clinical and business functions, understanding the enterprise business environment and the impact of ATS on patient access. Responsibilities include analysis and support for installed systems, as well as system implementation and integration projects, requiring systems analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation for specific modules or applications (e.g., Cadence, MyChart, Radiant, Cupid). The role acts as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas, building rapport with customers to understand their needs, researching requests, and validating requirements and solutions. The analyst must maintain in-depth knowledge of existing systems, be certified in the vended application, and be able to design, develop, or modify applications using vendor or internal tools, validating data integrity. They will work on strategic projects with a Project Manager and independently manage small- to mid-sized operational projects, collaborating across departments. On-call support may be required.
