Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and executing business strategies that drive operational performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Expertise in project management, including developing business plans, setting performance standards, and adjusting plans based on results.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify training needs, develop content, and evaluate training effectiveness to support continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in managing organizational change and competing priorities while maintaining focus on business goals.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering positive working relationships aligned with company values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate merchandising programs and communication platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.
  • Develop and oversee training programs, including content creation, delivery assistance, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress against objectives.
