Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and executing business strategies to drive operational performance.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and business strategy development to identify opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Effective communication abilities to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and convey complex information clearly.
  • Expertise in project management, including planning, prioritizing, and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training content, evaluate effectiveness, and support continuous learning.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.
