About The Position

SitusAMC is looking for passionate individuals to join their team and transform client businesses and their own careers. This role offers the opportunity to work on institutional properties across the U.S. and assist national clients, including major financial institutions, pension funds, and insurance companies, with portfolio work. The position involves completing commercial valuations on all major property types.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above - Preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
Prior commercial real estate valuation experience or applicable experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus

Responsibilities

Performing valuations
Efficiently perform valuations with a future career path to lead a team of valuation professionals by providing guidance and quality control
Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries
Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
Research property and market information
Inspect properties
Analyze subject and comparable data
Develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables
Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
