About The Position

Amentum is recruiting a Senior All-Source Analyst to support its Joint Intelligence Center Special Operations Command contract at HQ, United States Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. The role supports fused intelligence production and operational planning, bridging geospatial and SCA analysis across strategic, operational, and tactical levels. Analysts research classified and unclassified sources, address PAS requirements, collaborate with internal and external points of contact, identify intelligence gaps, and develop source-directed requirements or locate alternate sources. The position produces finished intelligence in response to assigned requests for information, including intelligence studies, desk notes, PowerPoint briefings with textual analyses and graphics, intelligence highlights, and SOF intelligence bulletins at required classification levels. The analyst integrates military and political developments, intentions, implications, trends, perceptions, and goals relevant to national security and SOF mission areas, and provides planning support and feedback on strategic and theater changes affecting defense and SOF operations, conflicts, and crises. HQ SOCOM analysts are expected to produce 12 products per quarter, including at least two acceptable near- or mid-term assessments. TSOC PAS analysts assist with at least six acceptable products per year and support Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide a common operational view. Compensation is listed as $115,000. The position requires a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a valid U.S. passport; U.S. citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.

Requirements

10 years of all-source intelligence experience in the IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for senior IC/DoD customers.
Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in national security, international relations, or a related field.
8 years of IC or DoD experience in the respective Areas of Responsibility.
5 years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment and collaborating on all-source intelligence production.
1 year of experience using ArcGIS.
10 years of experience using all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications, such as Trident and TAC.
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Valid U.S. passport.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Direct all-source analyst tasking and coordination in support of the fused production process.
Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical planning and operations.
Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze intelligence for PAS requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external points of contact to incorporate all relevant aspects of research efforts.
Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements or identify alternate sources of information.
Respond to assigned requests for information through research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence, including intelligence studies, desk notes, PowerPoint briefings, intelligence highlights, and SOF intelligence bulletins.
Analyze and integrate national security interests, including military and political developments, intentions, and implications.
Assess and integrate foreign military and political trends, perceptions, and goals related to SOF mission areas.
Support operational planning and provide feedback on strategic and theater changes affecting defense and SOF operations, conflicts, and crises.
For HQ SOCOM analyst work, produce 12 products per quarter, including at least two acceptable near- or mid-term assessments.
For TSOC PAS analyst work, assist in producing a minimum of six acceptable products per year.
Support Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide a common operational view.
