About The Position

As an Order of Battle All-Source Analyst, you will conduct all-source analytic production on naval joint capabilities. You will produce analysis on foreign military forces’ order of battle and record findings in the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and Machine-Assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS). Using all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you will create strategic-level assessments and products addressing developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment. You will provide comprehensive production for clients, often under pressure, and share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. The role supports government and military customers, warfighters, and national leaders.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to take a polygraph exam. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of all-source analysis experience, or at least eight years of such experience in lieu of a degree. Requirements

• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to tactical- through strategic-level clients.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of all-source analysis experience, or at least 8 years of all-source analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
