About The Position

IntelePeer is a healthcare-focused AI communications platform that powers AI voice agents and intelligent workflow automation for ambulatory care groups, dental DSOs, health systems, and payers. Our AI Agent suite and SmartFlow platform are deployed at scale across some of the nation's most complex healthcare organizations — handling millions of patient interactions annually for scheduling, care coordination, billing inquiry, and more. Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fields.
• Proven experience as a solutions consultant, AI consultant, or related role, with a focus on AI-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning concepts, algorithms, and tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages is commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights and solutions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within scope.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to clients through AI solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
• Deep and broad knowledge of Conversational and Generative AI

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to gather requirements and define the scope of AI projects.
• Design end-to-end automation solutions that align with clients' specific needs and objectives. Leverage your knowledge of AI algorithms, techniques, and frameworks to propose innovative and effective AI architectures.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, providing insights on AI best practices, potential use cases, and the feasibility of AI projects based on available data and resources.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of AI solutions to clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of proposed AI projects and address technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create AI prototypes and PoCs that showcase the capabilities and potential impact of proposed solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Share your knowledge with the team and contribute to the development of AI-related assets and resources.
• Work closely with sales teams to support business development activities, including participating in pre-sales engagements and contributing to proposal development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying opportunities for future AI projects and engagements.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI solutions through rigorous testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of our AI products, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and related technologies.
• Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients and understand their unique requirements. Provide technical expertise to the sales team in positioning our AI solutions effectively.
• Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI offerings. Customize demonstrations to align with each client's industry and use cases.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, answering clients' technical inquiries and providing expert insights on integrating AI solutions into their existing systems and workflows.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our AI products. Share best practices and insights into maximizing AI value.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights, contributing to the improvement and enhancement of our AI solutions.
