About The Position

We are looking for an exceptional Senior AI & Solutions Engineer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of what is possible with AI, Salesforce and next-generation CRM technology. This is not a traditional software engineering role. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about AI, LLMs, automation and building things that haven't been built before. You will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Salesforce Agentforce and our own AI-powered CRM, turning ideas into impressive, working solutions that can be demonstrated to some of the world's leading companies. You will have significant freedom to experiment, innovate and influence the direction of our AI technology. This is your opportunity to build, experiment and showcase what you can do. You will sit at the centre of our AI, Product, Business Development and Services teams. Your role will be to take a customer challenge, understand the business problem and turn it into something tangible. That could mean: Customer problem → AI concept → architecture → code → working prototype → compelling demo → production solution. You will build highly compelling, industry-specific demonstrations across Salesforce and our proprietary CRM platform, while helping customers understand how AI can transform their organisations. You will also help us embed AI throughout our own organisation, working with our R&D and Services teams to make AI part of how we build and deliver technology.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering / solution architecture experience.
Strong full-stack development skills.
Strong React and TypeScript.
Strong Python and/or Node.js.
Significant Salesforce experience.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Claude.
Experience building LLM-powered applications.
Experience with AI agents and RAG.
Strong API and integration experience.
Cloud experience.
Enterprise architecture experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working directly with customers.
Curious: Sees a new technology and thinks: "I wonder what we could build with that?"

Nice To Haves

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Build AI Solutions: Work hands-on with the latest AI technologies to create: AI agents, Intelligent CRM capabilities, AI sales assistants, Customer intelligence platforms, Automated workflows, RAG and enterprise knowledge systems, AI-powered business processes, AI copilots, Multi-agent solutions, LLM-powered applications, Industry-specific AI solutions. You'll be encouraged to experiment with new technologies and approaches and determine what genuinely works.
Salesforce + AI: Build innovative AI experiences around Salesforce using technologies including: Salesforce, Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, Salesforce APIs, External LLM integrations. You'll combine Salesforce capabilities with leading LLMs such as Claude and OpenAI to create solutions that go well beyond standard CRM functionality.
Build Our Own AI-Powered CRM: You'll also work directly on our proprietary CRM platform. This is where you can really innovate. You'll help design and build: AI-native CRM functionality, AI sales intelligence, Automated account research, Intelligent lead analysis, AI-generated customer insights, Sales agents, Automated workflows, AI-powered customer engagement, Intelligent recommendations, Enterprise AI assistants. You won't simply be integrating AI into an existing product — you'll help shape what an AI-native CRM should actually look like.
Full-Stack Engineering: You need to be a genuine hands-on engineer. Front End: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, HTML/CSS, Modern component architectures. Backend: Python, Node.js, FastAPI, REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices. Strong Python and/or TypeScript experience is particularly important.
AI Engineering: You should have real-world experience working with modern LLM technology, including: OpenAI / ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, LLM APIs, Prompt engineering, RAG, Vector databases, Embeddings, Function/tool calling, AI agents, Agentic workflows, Multi-agent architectures, AI evaluation, AI guardrails, AI security. Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.
Customer-Facing: You will not be sitting behind a screen all day. You will work directly with customers, prospects and senior stakeholders to understand their businesses and identify where AI can make a real difference. You'll be involved in: Customer discovery sessions, Technical workshops, AI strategy discussions, Solution design, Technical demonstrations, Proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, Customer presentations, AI roadmaps, Solution implementation. You need to be comfortable explaining complex technology in a way that makes sense to a CEO, CIO, CTO or business leader.
Work Directly With Business Development: You will become a key technical partner to our Business Development team. Together you'll create best-in-class industry demonstrations designed around real customer challenges. Rather than giving customers generic AI demos, you'll help us build: "This is your industry. This is your problem. This is what we can build for you." You'll help turn opportunities into compelling technical demonstrations that customers can immediately understand and get excited about.
Become Our Internal AI Champion: AI will increasingly become part of everything we do. You'll work with our R&D and Services teams to: Introduce new AI technologies, Develop AI engineering standards, Train developers and consultants, Build reusable AI components, Create internal AI frameworks, Identify opportunities for automation, Help teams incorporate AI into existing solutions, Run internal AI workshops, Share new developments and technologies. You'll have the opportunity to become one of the key technical voices shaping our AI strategy.
Create Content & Showcase What We Build: If we build something great, we want people to see it. You'll help create: Product demonstrations, AI demo videos, Technical walkthroughs, Customer presentations, Internal training videos, LinkedIn/video content, Technical articles, Architecture demonstrations. You should be comfortable jumping on camera and saying: "Let me show you what we've built."
Fast-Paced Environment: We move quickly. Customer opportunities can appear with tight deadlines, and sometimes the requirement will be: "We have a customer meeting next week. Can we build this?" We expect you to thrive in that environment.
