  • Coach team members, provide meaningful feedback, recognize performance, support career development, and help employees pursue growth opportunities.
  • Participate in the design, development, coding, integration, testing, and debugging of embedded software, and help resolve challenging technical issues.
  • Recruit talent, strengthen team capabilities, foster a welcoming and collaborative culture, and connect employees’ work to the mission.
  • Help teams set priorities, anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, deliver predictably, and continuously improve execution.
  • Lead and contribute to engineering bids, proposals, estimates, staffing plans, and technical strategies.
  • Collaborate across programs and engineering teams to share talent, technology, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Build trusted partnerships across Collins Engineering, Value Stream Leadership, program teams, and customers, maintaining transparency about priorities, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify manual engineering tasks that can be optimized or replaced with AI-driven solutions and automation.
  • Drive engineering efficiency, faster cycle times, lower lifecycle costs, reduced technical debt, and increased reusability across Collins Aerospace.
