About The Position

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to support the Technology Trending Solutions mission. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical AI and analytics solutions within a highly governed environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing analytic governance (e.g., AVG) and AI governance frameworks (e.g., AAA), ensuring compliance, auditability, and alignment with customer and enterprise policies. The Senior AI Engineer will integrate advanced AI capabilities via APIs like OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, and develop user-friendly front-end experiences using technologies such as EX, AWS Amplify, and React. The position requires hands-on expertise with analytic development environments and cloud-native platforms (e.g., GMLearn, Container Yard, AWS SageMaker, AWS EKS), along with strong agile delivery skills using Scrum or Kanban and tools like Jira and Confluence. Proficiency with modern version control and model/code management using Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, Bailo (or similar) is essential, as is a proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions from concept to governed production in sensitive, mission-focused environments. This role is based in Fort Meade, MD.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with object-oriented languages (Python and Java).
• Experience with PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, docker, Elasticsearch, GHOSTMACHINE, and Query Time Analytics.
• Deep experience implementing analytic governance (e.g., AVG) and AI governance frameworks (e.g., AAA).
• Ability to ensure all models, data, and workflows are compliant, auditable, and aligned with customer and enterprise policy.
• Hands-on expertise with analytic development environments and cloud-native platforms (e.g., GMLearn, Container Yard, AWS SageMaker, AWS EKS).
• Strong agile delivery skills using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Highly proficient with modern version control and model/code management using Git, GitLab, Hugging Face, Bailo (or similar).
• Proven track record of driving AI solutions from concept through governed production deployment in sensitive, mission-focused environments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories.
• Experience integrating advanced AI capabilities through APIs such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience building front-end experiences using technologies like EX, AWS Amplify, and React.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers to build AI workflows and develop analytics based off artifacts to use AI to flag data of interest and summarize.
• Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery.
