Senior Agent Strategist
About The Position
Assort Health is changing how healthcare organizations connect patients with care through AI. We’re hiring a Senior Agent Strategist to help our customers turn that technology into meaningful, measurable results. You’ll partner with executive and operating leaders, own a portfolio of complex relationships, and guide customers from launch through renewal and expansion. Your work will directly influence patient access, customer growth, and the evolution of our product. You’ll join at a pivotal stage and help define how Agent Strategy works at Assort. This is an opportunity for an experienced customer leader who wants meaningful ownership, visible impact, and a direct role in scaling a growing healthcare AI company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or a related role.
- Experience owning adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion for complex customer accounts.
- Strong executive communication and the ability to build trust across senior leaders and working teams.
- Experience leading programs with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong product aptitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Sound judgment, clear prioritization, and comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with healthcare providers, healthcare technology, or patient access workflows.
- Experience helping customers adopt AI, automation, or other technical products.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Epic, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or rapidly growing SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Guide complex accounts from launch through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Define customer goals, success measures, risks, opportunities, and plans for delivering ROI.
- Help executives and operating teams identify where AI can improve performance and patient access.
- Coordinate stakeholders, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer.
- Address risks early, reinforce Assort’s value, and identify meaningful expansion opportunities.
- Build product expertise and bring customer insights to Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
- Improve the playbooks and processes that will shape how Agent Strategy scales.
- Travel up to 25% for key meetings, presentations, and relationship building.
