We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across Sportsbook and Casino verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key affiliates, driving new business opportunities, optimizing partner performance, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the sportsbook affiliate landscape, player acquisition strategies, sports betting products, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate combines relationship management expertise with analytical skills and a proven ability to negotiate, execute, and scale affiliate partnerships in highly competitive markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Sportsbook products, Casino products, betting markets, customer acquisition funnels, and player behavior.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-value affiliate partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and tenancy agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excel skills and experience working with affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in regulated gaming markets.
  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners across Sportsbook and Casino.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximize affiliate revenue and player acquisition.
  • Develop affiliate campaigns specifically focused on Sportsbook acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the Trading, CRM, and Marketing teams to leverage major sporting events and seasonal opportunities.
  • Ensure affiliates are effectively promoting sportsbook products, offers, and content.
  • Monitor sportsbook performance trends, betting markets, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate on pre-event and event-driven acquisition strategies around major sporting events.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across regulated and target markets.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and affiliate meetings to expand the affiliate network.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and bespoke partnership models.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Monitor affiliate performance using internal reporting tools, Google Analytics, BI platforms, and affiliate systems.
  • Analyze traffic quality, player value, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights.
  • Track affiliate profitability and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
