Requirements

7-8 years' relevant experience
Solid experience in an advisory role and proven experience in advising executives
Strategic and synthetic thinking
Autonomy of thought and action
Constant focus on deliverables, always in solution mode
High tolerance to ambiguity and an ability to pivot when necessary
A constant quest for excellence and a strong desire to contribute
Perfect bilingualism, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Design and deploy communication strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Play an advisory role for executives in their communications to employees.
Act as a team expert on various internal communications issues.
Design and produce a variety of internal communications content, from internal memos to video clips, newsletter articles, Workplace publications and Canva visuals.
Pilot ad hoc projects relating to internal communications and employee experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our communication channels.
Design and organize large-scale employee events from A to Z.
