As a Senior Advisor, Integration Modeling and Economics, you will play a key role in assessing economic impacts, modeling scenarios, tracking value, and supporting decision-making in mergers, acquisitions and HR integration initiatives. The HR MAI function supports the human, cultural, technological and operational integration of acquired entities, while ensuring consistency of HR practices, compliance and the quality of the integration experience. The role exists to provide clear, structured and decision-ready economic insight; to translate organizational, operational or technological challenges into comparable scenarios, quantified impacts and concrete recommendations; and to support rigorous decision-making, value tracking and the continuous improvement of the HR MAI practice, including the evolution of tools, approaches and standards.
