About The Position

Reporting to the Associate Dean, Strategic Engagement & Initiatives, the position supports the development and coordination of the School of Education’s partnership operations, including the management of partnership agreements, coordination of partnership and program design across academic departments, and support of partnership engagement efforts. The role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, implementation, and continuity of partnership activities across the School of Education.

Requirements

  • Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience in program coordination, partnership management, higher education administration, or a related field, with demonstrated responsibility for coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experienced in budgets, contracts, and financial processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across teams, departments, or organizations to support program or partnership implementation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and coordinate communications across diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in web-based systems, databases, or project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and record-keeping of partnership agreements, adhering to university policy and ensuring alignment across departments and partners
  • Provide administrative, scheduling, and logistical support to the Partnerships unit and Dean’s key initiatives in partner cultivation and engagement.
  • Drafting and coordinating communications for external outreach, including newsletter support.
  • Support the unit in planning, coordinating, and staffing partnership-related events, sponsorships, meetings, and engagements.
  • Lead financial processes for the Partnerships unit, ensuring alignment with university processes and policies
  • Design and coordinate internal workflows and communication across partnership stakeholders to support implementation and continuity of partnership activities.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for the Family of Schools, including scheduling, communications, and development of newsletters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
