Job Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the efficient day-to-day operations of the Wipfli Minneapolis office through administrative processes, managing office resources, and coordinating facility activities. This person will serve as a primary point of contact for associates, guests, clients, and vendors. They will work independently and collaboratively across functions to ensure a positive office experience and smooth business operations. The Senior Administrative Assistant will work 100% in-person in our Minneapolis, MN office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and office technology
  • Demonstrate initiative and customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and associates
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred
  • administrative experiences at a professional services firm is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming work environment
  • Serve as the front office point of contact: greet clients, respond to office-related questions and requests, accept deliveries, and manage mail
  • Manage equipment, vendor relationships, and office supply inventory and ordering
  • Coordinate internal meetings, associate events, and local engagement activities
  • Support onboarding activities and office orientation for new associates
  • Assist with associate function budgets, purchasing, expense tracking, and supplier invoice processing
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency
