About The Position

Provide administrative support to the President and CLI Human Resources Department in the day-to-day operations of CLI. Act as the first point of contact for the President’s schedule, meetings, and requests while also contributing to the financial, operational and cultural performance of CLI.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, coordination, or office support experience, including calendar management, document preparation, and stakeholder communication required
  • Valid Drivers’ License required

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the CLI leadership team, ensuring a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the organization, facilitating effective communication with employees, vendors, and external partners via in-person, by phone, or electronic channels.
  • Manage the President’s calendar and daily schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support CLI meetings and events across CLI, including scheduling, agenda development, preparation of materials, recording and distributing of meeting minutes, and participation in culture-building initiatives across CLI teams.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations and correspondence, and conduct research and analysis to support leadership priorities, special projects, and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CLI leadership team, accurately and timely.
  • Maintain organized and efficient documentation and filing systems in both physical and digital environments, utilizing appropriate technology and electronic recordkeeping systems.
  • Support financial administrative processes, including purchasing card management, reconciliation, and annual budget preparation.
