The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative support to senior management and department teams, ensuring efficient office operations and facilitating effective communication. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Your Impact Organize and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries and relaying information. Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines for various initiatives. Maintain and organize office files, records, and confidential information. Successful Candidate Will Have Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, with a focus on senior management. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
