This role provides day-to-day support for multiple partners and their respective teams in a remote and in-person format within a Management Consulting practice. The position involves assisting with client or Firm deliverables such as presentations, reports, and spreadsheets, and requires extensive coordination and management of complex technical proposals. The Senior Administrative Assistant will also coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements, navigate reporting, create and review client invoices, and attain a proficient level of operational knowledge in the Firm’s operational systems like Workday, WYN, and LCvista to train practice staff. The role supports arrangements for internal and external meetings/events, assists with administrative projects, and is responsible for frequent communications with all levels of the organization. Focused support with operational procedures related to multiple practice areas within Management Consulting, and general office-level support needs are also key functions. The position actively contributes to the compilation and maintenance of operational support documentation, assists with onboarding technical support training of new admins, and participates in administrative thought leadership, championing Firm and practice-specific initiatives. The role also syndicates technical expertise to assist others as a department/region/Firm-wide resource.
