Provides advanced administrative level support to staff, faculty, and students. Maintains official college records and executes administrative polices as determined by organization and/or Dallas College guidelines, policies, and procedures. This role involves supporting senior directors and/or executives in the daily management and operations of the office, executing processes, tasks, policies, and procedures according to organizational guidelines. Duties may include preparing contracts, ordering supplies, managing class schedules and room assignments, and preparing reports. The position also requires participation in professional development and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
