About The Position

ASML brings together leading minds in science and technology to develop lithography systems that enable the production of faster, more affordable, and more energy-efficient microchips. Headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, ASML operates 18 offices across the United States, including major sites in Chandler, Arizona; San Jose and San Diego, California; Wilton, Connecticut; and Hillsboro, Oregon. EO Technical Solutions (EOT) is a parts repair organization based in Vancouver, Washington. EOT was acquired by ASML in 2023. EOT is a small organization (currently 28 FTE) focused on the PAS and XT platforms. Its repair portfolio includes more than 200 parts. In addition to parts repair, EOT provides customer training and field support. As a standalone business, EOT maintains in-house business functions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to observe and respond appropriately to people and situations encountered in the course of work.
  • Ability to learn and apply new information and skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to satisfaction through effective prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing workloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process repair orders using ERP and financial systems; generate shipping documentation and ensure timely customer invoicing.
  • Coordinate facility operations and support critical projects, including initiatives aligned to growth projections.
  • Staff the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, meeting catering, and celebrations.
