This role involves working closely with the lead admin, staff team, learning & care manager, and assistant head. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the SIMS database, coordinating staff training, managing exams, and overseeing student and personnel filing systems. The role also entails producing MIS reports, managing attendance, submitting census returns, ensuring staff training compliance, managing security badges, handling interpretation requirements, placing online orders, supporting finance duties, and organizing internal and external examinations. The position requires providing a confident reception service, acting as the first point of contact for the school, and demonstrating initiative, organization, and flexibility.
