Requirements

MA/MS degree
Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR to include ACAT acquisition milestone documentation

Responsibilities

Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
Supports development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Performance Work Statement (PWS), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
Assesses program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
