About The Position

The candidate will function as a Program Analyst for an advanced research and development (R&D) program. The Program Analyst will provide support for program management execution. Work with program teams to develop program objectives, integrated roadmaps, detailed schedules, and program budgets. Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation. Analyze manufacturers’ proposals as permitted by law and regulation. Review and report on contract status/execution. Support program execution and recommend modifications to processes for future program activities. Work with the program management team to develop out-year planning and provide input to development and integration of requirements/capabilities. Provide management support at the program office reviews. Support program office day-to-day management and operations to include graphic support, data management, data calls, briefs, security support, etc. Provide support in coordination and retaining data such as documents, schedules, database management, folder setup, and management of documentation to ease access, review, retrieval, transfer, archive, and filing of all task-related documentation/briefs. Other duties include: Provide support in planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, correspondence, and documentation preparation. Prepare and maintain data products and reports to be used as decision aids, reference material, or source data as required by management. Generate content and support the creation of briefing materials (.ppt slides, etc.). Support leadership and functional teams in responding to various drills, data calls, and requests for information. General support to program teams to include attending meetings and note taking, drafting documents, keeping calendars, printing briefs, creating binder, tracking action items, etc. Other duties relevant to assigned position as determined by the cognizant team lead.

Requirements

  • A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with SharePoint style file sharing systems.
  • Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.
  • Special Access Program experience is a plus.
