The Senior Accreditation Specialist leads the organization's accreditation and regulatory compliance program, ensuring continuous survey readiness and adherence to DNV/NIAHO, state, and federal standards. Serving as the primary liaison with accreditation and regulatory agencies, this role partners with leaders across the organization to drive compliance through policy development, audits, staff education, mock surveys, and performance improvement initiatives.
