The Senior Manager of Quality and Accreditation provides strategic leadership for quality, accreditation, and regulatory readiness across Pharmacy Operations and franchise onboarding. Reporting to the COO, this role drives survey readiness, compliance, performance improvement, and operational excellence by leading accreditation efforts, risk assessments, corrective action planning, policy oversight, staff education, and quality reporting. The position partners across departments to align workflows, documentation, and accountability with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
