Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software; Excel proficiency required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection activities to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to resolve account issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support audits by providing requested documentation and account information.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and recommend efficiencies.
