Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, including significant experience in accounting policy.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA designation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments, exercising influence with multidisciplinary partners while leveraging a strong command of IFRS and sound professional judgment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong analytical and strategic mindset, enabling a deep understanding of business issues and the delivery of high–value‑added advisory services.
  • Strong resourcefulness and an excellent ability to manage priorities, with agility in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Sense of ownership and a high level of accountability in the execution of assigned mandates.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an internal reference on accounting policy (IFRS) for internal teams and finance function partners.
  • Lead and take ownership of complex and strategic accounting positions, balancing accounting requirements, risk management considerations, and business needs.
  • Demonstrate leadership by acting as a project lead or contributing to various strategic projects and mandates in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor new accounting and regulatory standards, assess their impacts, and support their implementation across the organization.
  • Prepare and contribute to the evolution of financial statement templates.
  • Actively participate in the quality control process of the Group’s public financial statements.
