About The Position
This role is designed for a Senior Accountant ready to accelerate into leadership rather than remain in a purely compliance-focused structure. You will manage sophisticated client engagements, contribute to advisory discussions and work directly with Partners in a firm that has a clear progression framework with performance-based advancement. You will gain exposure to large and complex clients with turnover exceeding $300m.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion
- Strong public practice experience in business services and tax
- Confident managing client relationships independently
- Technically capable with interest in advisory work
- Clear communicator with commercial awareness
- Motivated to progress into Manager and Senior Manager roles
Responsibilities
- Managing complex compliance engagements across companies, trusts and high-net-worth groups
- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by junior staff
- Supporting tax planning and strategic advisory engagements
- Identifying risks and advisory opportunities within client portfolios
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with Managers and Partners on high-value work
