About The Position

We are looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit support
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
• Clear and professional communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusion and respect

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of journal entries, general ledger activity, and account reconciliations
• Support the monthly close process with accuracy and timeliness
• Review balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support HOA and corporate accounting functions
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, turning data into meaningful insights
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making
• Partner with the Controller during audits, preparing schedules and workpapers
• Ensure financial accuracy, consistency, and compliance across properties
• Reconcile cash and credit card activity across systems (PMS and payment platforms) to ensure accurate reporting and minimize discrepancies
