About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Accountant (AR & AP) to own and optimize our invoicing and accounts payable processes. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and system integrity across our accounting platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting work and solving system/process challenges—especially when it comes to integrations and data flow between tools like ERP, billing, and expense systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4–6+ years of experience across accounts receivable and accounts payable
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Experience with AP tools (e.g., Bill.com or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)

Nice To Haves

Experience working with system integrations and data flows is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Manage all invoicing, including complex and custom billing scenarios
Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and delivery
Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
Partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies
Perform full-cycle accounts payable
Process ACH, wires, and credit card transactions
Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and support 1099 reporting
Monitor and maintain integrations between systems (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across platforms
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data feeds
Recommend and implement automation and process improvements
Assist with month-end close and reconciliations
Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
Support compliance and reporting requirements
