About The Position

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Outsourced Accounting team, focusing on special projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience, or 3+ years combined experience across public and industry accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team through all phases of client engagements including work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other contract requirements.
  • Ensure that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that quality, financial, risk management, business and policy expectations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, while staying up to date on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct research to resolve technical accounting issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close processes.
  • May provide on-site, virtual or augmented business services for clients.
  • Assist with preparing reports and deliverables for review, highlighting key issues, trends, and risks identified during project work.
  • Provide support on other consulting projects, as necessary.
  • Proactively communicate any issues/concerns relating to assignments.
  • Prepare for relevant certification exams until completed and maintain the required CPE for firm and licensing requirements.
