Senior Accountant
About The Position
This position will be responsible for assisting in the financial close process, including international consolidation. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities including creating and entering both Oracle and Hyperion entries Assist with the global consolidation to ensure timely and accurate financial results Prepare account reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts Conduct high level review and analysis of general ledger accounts Assist with accounting for foreign currency translation Extract and prepare ad hoc reports for management Assist in requests from both internal and external auditors Maintain and update the documentation of the procedure for the position Assist with process improvement initiatives All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA required
- Minimum 3 years public accounting experience required, Big 4 preferred
- International accounting experience required
- Must have strong organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to meet deadlines with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Experience in both Oracle and Hyperion preferred
