About The Position
The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant for a 6-month engagement. Ideal candidates will have several years of accounting experience including experience with technical accounting, CPA preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Related
- 5+ years experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
Nice To Haves
- CPA preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounting reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Support M&A activities including setting up acquisition entries
- Prepare NAV calculations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Support end of year accounting activities
