About The Position

The Senior Accountant is a key contributor within our corporate accounting team, responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations and the month-end close process. This role provides hands-on exposure across multiple entities and works closely with leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position is onsite in Dallas, TX, reports to the Controller, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We are a private equity–backed automotive services organization operating within the vehicle reconditioning industry, providing a range of on-site services to automotive dealerships. The organization operates across multiple states and legal entities and continues to expand through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The business is executing an active acquisition strategy, integrating new platforms and operations into a growing national footprint. Our corporate accounting team supports a multi-entity environment and works closely with executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting, disciplined financial processes, and scalable operations in a private equity–backed setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or industry)
• Experience supporting month-end close and general ledger accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills
• Comfortable taking ownership and learning across multiple areas
