About The Position

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role focuses on complex accounting activities, consolidations, reconciliations, and financial analysis within a fast-paced corporate accounting environment.

Requirements

• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience, including consolidations and complex accounting areas
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with accounting standards
• Prepare complex journal entries related to consolidations, accruals, revenue recognition, lease accounting, foreign currency translation, and royalty activity
• Perform account reconciliations and roll-forwards to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Analyze financial variances and provide explanations to leadership
• Manage intercompany and third-party royalty invoicing in accordance with contractual agreements
• Assist with budget and forecast analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Support government reporting requirements and compliance initiatives
